Free Tier

The Free tier (500 API calls/month) requires no payment and no refund applies.

Paid Subscriptions

• 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• After 14 days: No refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prorated refunds: If we discontinue a feature that was a primary reason for your subscription, we will offer a prorated refund for the remaining period.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via GitHub Issues with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process refunds within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any issues directly. Chargebacks are handled by our payment processor (Merchant of Record).
